It is a typical mismatch as the vast majority were rebuilt using parts from unserviceable weapons. Rifle is totally intact with the correct cleaning rod and other parts. Bore is good with a mix of shine and gray near muzzle. Not import marked! This is the way it came from Finland. Early Finnish serial number or 42. Look at the pictures.
