Used/excellent condition Rigby Big Game in .375 H&H with exquisite Cape buffalo scene on the floorplate, done in a very fine bulino style. Additional upgrades are a color case hardened trapdoor grip cap with yellow gold-inlaid Rigby RR logo, 3-panel checkered bolt handle with yellow gold-inlaid Rigby RR logo, silver stock oval (existing initials can be wiped), and a gorgeous stick of grade 7 wood with straight grain in the front and wrist with gorgeous figure and fiddleback at the rear. Stock finish is classic oil over a dark red Silvers-style pad. Rear express sight features one standing leaf and two folding. Front sight base and front sling swivel mount are both banded for maximum durability. Rings are factory-standard Recknagel swing-off which interface directly with the double square bridged Mauser 98 action. Scope is the very clear Swarovski Z6 1.7-10x42mm with BRH reticle. Comes complete in the factory full-length canvas case with accessories, a rarely-seen and very classy upgrade!

Stock finish shows scattered, very light handling marks consistent with mindfully careful use by its original owner. The clear lacquer coat on the floorplate does show light wear, although the engraving and metal finish itself is in excellent condition; the lacquer is easily redone. Metal finish is in excellent condition, showing very slight thinning of bluing on the bolt handle, trigger guard, and sling swivels. All finish wear on this rifle is light and honest.
