The Glenfield Model 25 is a bolt-action .22 rimfire rifle manufactured by Marlin Firearms from 1975 to 1982. It was introduced as the economical version of Marlin's model 780 rimfire rifle that was manufactured from 1971 to 1988. Differences between the Marlin and Glenfield were purely cosmetic, for example the Glenfield has a birch stock instead of the Model 780's walnut stock. The Model 25 had been in production for only a few years before the Glenfield name was discontinued by Marlin in 1982. This example is in excellent shape, with very little wear. The action is smooth, and the bore is bright. It comes with one 7-round magazine, but no case or box is included. .22 Short/Long/Long Rifle
