Johann Springer - Bolt Action Single Shot Rifle, 24” barrel, .22 WCF, nicely figured European walnut stock with German cheek piece and round knob pistol grip, sling swivels, set trigger, Krupp steel barrels with a quarter rib, wonderfully petite paddle style bolt handle, leaf open sights, steel butt plate, 1931 Austrian manufactured between the wars gun which has the absolute highest quality workmanship, all original case coloring remaining on receiver, 99% barrel bluing, 95% wood finish with just a very few light handing marks, appears to have minimal use, full coverage scroll engraving on receiver with matching engraving on trigger guard, steel butt plate, and bolt handle, light 4 lb. 7 oz. full size gun which is extremely slender and elegantly proportioned, completely original and untouched, an amazing gun from an extremely highly regarded maker which is worthy of any fine gun collection.
