Description:
I'm selling my collection. Here is a very Rare hard to find French Buffalo Mitraille Carbine Canardière (duck gun). Will fire simultaneously 3x shot 22 LR from a 25.½" round barrel with 3 rifled bores. Produced by the famous French Factory of St Étienne by “ Manufacture Française d'Armes et de Cycles de Saint-Étienne”. A variety of calibers were produced for different Buffalo carbines from 1895 to 1936, the Buffalo Mitraille was unique with its 3 shot at ounce, early models were chambered for 6mm RF long, later on were chambered for the modern 22 Long Rifle with group 3 holes at 100 meters 15cm apart… Shooting birds flying duck or geese over 75 yards or any other game or varmint. Marking & proof are sharp and well dined. Highest grade of Acier of 3 Hercules. As a young boy in the mid 1950s THE Buffalo Mitraille was my ultimate dream… I never shot this one and kept & stored it very well. It's an excellent working condition, the original finish rates over 90% bright color case color, checkering of the stock, pictures speaks for themselves. What is not written on the description could be seen on the pictures. Pamphlets showed on pictures are not for sale. I described it to the best of my knowledge. Please don't ask for extra pictures.
