Ruger # 1 Lyman 100 yr anniversary type with 28" Barrel and Lyman Century Model Scope

Description:
Buffalo Rifle Quigly style   Chambered in 45-70....Ruger in conjunction with the venerable Lyman sight and scope complany partnered to sell a these unique rifles. 1000 or so were sold as a set in a hard wood case with loading tool and dies. It seems some were sold not part of the whole set...but with the same 1b configuration 28" round barrel and old style Lyman (scope is over 30" long)  mounted on blocks as they were in the set. The lyman is marked Century Model celbrating their 100th yr in business (as i recal these were 1888 to 1988) at the time Ruger was just an hour from us and Lyman was and still is about a half hr from our door.
The rifle is as new. The scope has some rub marks but guessing a little cold blue would make this as new also
For about what a good # 1 might sell for without these exceptional features you can own this gun. With light cast bullet cowboy action type loads given the weight an barrel lenght recoil would be insignificant...It would make a fun one hole plinker or long ranget deer or coyote gun.
