Paired with this is an internal magazine with a hinged floorplate to allow for easy unloading. The Hawkeye rifles also feature Ruger‚s LC6 series triggers along with cold hammer forged barrels for superb shooting performance right out of the box.

This special edition model has been released by Ruger to commemorate the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America‚s independence and features unique floorplate engravings. The rifle comes in a traditional configuration with a walnut stock and backup rifle sights along with a stainless finish and a threaded barrel. This model is chambered in .308 Winchester and has a 4-shot internal magazine. Included with each rifle is a set of scope rings.
