Serial #132-26505, .458 Win. Mag., 24" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. The metal surfaces retain 97-98% of the original blue finish that has some mild finish loss due to handling, as well as some minor silvering to a few of the edges. The custom, highly figured, checkered walnut pistol-grip buttstock has a shadow line cheek-piece and rates excellent overall with just a few light handling marks scattered about the surface. The matching walnut beavertail forend is in commensurate condition with a few light handling marks as well. The buttstock has a Pachmayr rubber recoil pad installed and the original front sight and folding leaf rear sight are still present. This is a very nice, modern big bore rifle, suitable for tough-skinned game. FFL
