Ruger No. 1 Sporter in .243
Description: For sale is a Ruger No.1 Sporter chambered in .243. This ruger No. 1 was manufactured in 1981. The stock has been shortened to a 13 1/2" LOP. The wood is in good condition and the butt stock has some nice figure. there is a small gap at the toe from the recoil pad being refitted. The forearm wood looks good withe the exception of a ding in the fore end stock that measure 1/4" long by 1/8" wide. The metal is in very good condition, it has some light wear marks on the top of the barrel between the sling swivel and the front sight. These are very minimal but worth noting. and a couple of small marks on the receiver in front and to the right of the safety. The front right side of the sight blade has a couple dots from removed rust. All that said this rifle is in Very good to excellent condition. Please consult the photoes for overall condition. It is a very well balanced and nice handling rifle.
