Description:
Up for sale we have this beautiful Ruger #1 rifle chambered in .45-70 Govt. This beauty appears to be unfired and is near mint with only a few very faint handling marks. This particular rifle is a Lyman 1878-1978 Centennial Edition with the original hard case and many factory extras that came with the gun from Lyman. Mounted on the rifle is the original Lyman serialized long tube (Unertl Style) telescopic scope/sight that is also stamped as a Centennial Edition. Also includes a 3-die set, a box of 20 unprimed cases, a bullet mold, cleaning rod, Lyman centennial book, a small gold colored Centennial medallion, and some Lyman papers. Has 28" heavy profile barrel with crisp sharp rifling. Length of pull is about 13.5" to the factory red Ruger butt pad. Has some very nicely done factory Lyman Centennial engraving on both sides of the receiver. This beauty is in excellent condition and about as close to new as you could get!
