Found one stripped with a plastic stock for $1200 - Add laminate stock.
Last one found like this one stripped sold for $2,200. 

Please note the scope, rings and mounts were taken off this rifle.  I am having leupold take a look at it and certify the scope.  Since I could not determine the quality of the scope it was removed.
