The Ruger American provides sportsmen with a high quality rifle full of features at an affordable cost. Generation II brings a host of new features to give the platform even greater value that includes a new Monte Carlo type stock for better comfort that is paired with an updated recoil pad for greater recoil reduction. Both the comb and length of pull can be adjusted with additional spacers and comb types allowing users to customize the rifle to fit their shooting preferences. A threaded barrel comes standard on all Generation II models, allowing for easy attachment of a preferred muzzle device or suppressor.

The Standard model features a Gun Metal Gray cerakote finish along with a black and gray splatter texture on the stock and comes equipped with a radial port muzzle brake from the factory. This model is chambered in .400 Legend and features a 20-inch barrel. One 5-round magazine and a pre-installed stock spacer is included. Additional comb heights must be purchased separately.
