Ruger #3 Single Shot Carbine in .223 w/ Tasco Scope

Description:
This Ruger #3 is a single-shot carbine made in 1981 It has a 22" blue steel lever action and round barrel, smooth walnut stock and black plastic butt plate, it is fitted with a Tasco 3-9 x 32mm Scope with Weaver Rings.

Condition:
The overall condtion of this Ruger #3 is very good to excellent. This Ruger #3 action is based on the Ruger #1, with modifications that reduced the costs to manufacture. It has a simpler one-piece breech lever. and has an un-checkered stock. Checked stocks and two piece levers are features of the Ruger #1.The #3 also has a plastic buttplate. This example shows some very slight bumps and a couple of nicks in the stock from use. It also has some minor edge wear near and at the muzzle and lever from use. The action works well and the barrel is in almost new condition. A nice, very serviceable #3 in a popular caliber.at a very good price.
