1960’s Sako Vixen 223 REM Bofors Steel, pre Garcia

Description:
Excellent condition Sako Vixen rifle chambered in 223 REM. Dating Samos is pretty tough, but this one could be as early as 1965, serial number 68xxx, 23.5 inch heavy barrel marked Bofors steel. At some point in its life the original stock was swapped out for a Sako factory synthetic stock, I don't know the reason.
Keep like it is or if you have a nice stock put it back to original configuration, bluing is excellent, receiver shows a little plum color, bore is excellent, bolt shows little use and is numbered to the gun
