Up for sale we have a Sako Model L579 "Forester" in the 243 Winchester caliber. This rifle is in good condition maintaining its original finish and a beautiful stock. The barrel is 23 inches long with a mint bore. The action is smooth and functions as it should. Triggerpull is crisp and breaks with no creep. This is the perfect cartridge for whitetail deer on the east coast. The barrel has few small marks on the top along the middle of barrel but besides that remains in great condition. Ornate magwell cover looks engraved. Rifle comes with an attached Leupold VXIIc 3-9 power with a duplex reticle as shown. These Leupold scopes are worth hundreds of dollars by themselves. Overall a tac driver and a classy hunting rifle in a great caliber.
