Sako model VL63 FINNWOLF in 308 Winchester with a 23" barrel. The left side of the receiver is marked "VL63 No. 10202" with two proofs. The left side of the barrel is marked "FINNWOLF MADE IN FINLAND". The top of the barrel is marked "SAKO / Cal. 308". The front sight is a hooded beaded blade attached to a smooth ramped base fixed to the barrel. The rear sight is a windage adjustable u-notch screw set to a ramped base for elevation adjustment. The top of the receiver has Weaver bases with quick detach Wear rings. The stock is one piece checkered walnut with a semi-pistol grip, Monte Carlo comb, 2 sling studs front and rear, and a serrated Sako hard rubber butt plate. Manufactured 1969-1972. Overall the metal finish on this gun is in very good condition with most of the use wear on the stock surface. The gun is missing the magazine. .308 Winchester

Metal Condition: About 95% + with light finish wear and some corrosion around the sides of the muzzle.
Wood Condition: "About 85% with scattered nicks, dings , small dents, drag lines. No cracks and the checkering remains in great condition.
