This custom sporting rifle is built on a classic Gewehr 98 action manufactured by J.P. Sauer & Sohn? in Suhl, Germany. The action is marked “1917 Gewehr 98" with serial number 9903 and was reportedly customized by JP Sauer during the 1960s for civilian sporting and hunting use.

Chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum, this rifle features a polished sporterized configuration with excellent craftsmanship and classic styling. The rifle remains in very good condition with minimal visible wear.
