This J. P. Sauer & Sohn, Model Colt Sauer Bolt Action rifle is a nice bolt action gun chambered in 7MM Rem Mag and includes bases for scope rings for mounting your scope. A front hooded fixed blade sight is also mounted on the muzzle end of the barrel. This is a unique find and will be a great addition to any firearms collection. It is in excellent condition and features a highly figured walnut stock in excellent condition that is checkered and finished to a nice luster with a grip butt inlay of the Colt logo. Additionally, the fore end has nice banding and a dark walnut front accent. The stock is also fitted with a custom embossed Colt leather sling. The action is fitted to the 22 inch barrel. The trigger is light and crisp. This is a great rifle for the serious collector or hunter. The metal surfaces are also in excellent condition. This rifle weighs in at just over 8 pounds, 6 ounces.
