Sauer Mauser K98k CE 41 (German Nazi WW2)
Description: This is a nice, early example of a Sauer K98 rifle. The Waffenamts on the receiver, barrel, and bolt have been peened over. While the rifle appears to be all matching, it is our opinion that the bolt has been re-numbered, as the code on the underside of the bolt is for a Mauser. The floorplate is un-numbered. The cocking piece, or sear, is also un-numbered and has a Czech proof mark. The stock matches the rifle, as does the handguard. There are no import marks on the rifle.
