Savage 99 300 Savage

Description:
300 Savage, serial number 662XXX. 24" barrel, brass counter. Wood shows moderate marring/wear. Chipping around forend screw. Aftermarket wood diamond inlay in both side of butt and forend. Remington plastic buttplate, poorly fitted. Chipping in finish at edges of butt. Stock may be replacement, poorly fitting around tip tang. Holes drilled in top of receiver for scope mount. receiver shows heavy blue wear and moderae to heavy freckling/pitting. Barrel moderate blue wear and some flecking/discoloration first 4" from receiver. Lever retains very faint color case. Bore is excellent. Comes with Redfield peep sight. More photos on request.
