Description:
Savage Model 99R Rifle in .300 Savage. SN #702116. MFG. in 1953. LOP 13 5/8". 24" barrel with an excellent bore with strong rifling. Blue metal has been nicely re-finished. The checkered Walnut stock and forend are in very good condition, rated 90%-95%, with some light handling marks and nicks. Scope mounts installed. Tapped for a Tang Sight. Steel buttplate. Round counter. Cocking indicator. Case colored lever. Sling studs. Smooth action. Mechanically excellent. Ships Lower 48, W/ Insurance $35.00. More pictures available upon request.
