1954 Savage 99F Lighweight 250-3000 99

Description:

I am a FFL, will ship and fully insure for $40 flat-rate to lower 48-states.
A 1954 Savage Model 99EG in 250-3000 caliber with a 22 inch barrel.
The Boss Code is 3F that matches the year of manufacture - 1954. Serial # 7483--
Comes with a metal buttplate with an Indian logo and the words "Savage Quality" at bottom.
Unsure if this is original one that came on the rifle but looks period correct.
Original bluing and walnut finish.
Has scratches, dings, and some bluing loss - see photos.
Not Mint but good condition.
NO crack at the tang which many old 99s have.
