1955 Savage MODEL 99 Lever Action Rifle .300 Savage 22

We are offering for sale a 1955 SAVAGE Model 99 lever action rifle chambered in .300 Savage caliber. This rifle remains in very good fully functioning condition.
22" barrel is very good with nice blued finish showing light field wear; The bore remains bright with crisp rifling. The action remains very good overall with the blued finish showing scattered wear, thinning in places; Brass round counter on left side. Lever action functions flawlessly. The two rear tang screws appear to be sanded brass and dont have screw heads (No idea why but it doesnt affect the guns use). The wood stock and forend are handsome and attractive with light field wear; No breaks or cracks. Original buttplate intact.
