Near Mint Savage Model 1899-EG Early Post War with Weaver 2.5

Description:

Here is another almost new early post war (1940's) Model EG standard rifle with 24" round barrel. Barrel retains all the original factory blue. Receiver retains 97-98% original blue with just a hint of high edge wear. Near mint checkered walnut stock. 100% of the case colors on lever. Mint bore and action. Has a contemporary to rifle minty vintage Wearver 2.5 scope, obviously applied during era. Great combo.
