Rotary magazine savage arms 1899 chambered in .250-3000. This rifle was originally manufactured in 1915 and was refurbished at a later date, and it was a good job as this is a handsome rifle. The .250-3000 got its name from the originals load velocity of 3000 Ft/s, it also goes by the name of 250 Savage. .250-3000 Savage
