Savage 1899 Takedown 300 Savage

Description:
300 Savage, serial number 2655XX. Mfg 1924. Takedown version. 24" barrel, brass counter. Wood is in good condition, normal wear with light marrs. 1.5" possible crack radating beck from top tang. Original metal buttplate. Barrel and receiver show normal blue wear, left side of receiver shows heavier wear and marring. Very light flecking on receiver. Lever retains moderate amount of color case. Bore shows wear but is bright. Comes with Lyman peep sight. More photos on request. Will ship to C&R. Please add $60.00 for shipping and insurance.
