It would be impossible for this gun to be any nicer. Desirable 99f in 243 with period correct Weaver V 4.5 11, As a 1961 it represents the best of the old and the new; still had the classic and handsom American Walnut Factory Hand Checkered Stock, deep unmarred blue to all survaces. With only the most insignificant marks on the wood, rear site replaced with a blank to not interfere with the scope site picture. Has the better tang safety, still has the brass rotary mag, brass cartridge counter, engine turned bolt , and correct steel butt plate. Considerable case color remains on lever.
