Savage 110 High Country chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. The 110 High Country comes with Savage's AccuStock®, an injection molded, aluminum bedded synthetic stock, utilizing Savage's AccuFit™ system that allowsshooters to quickly adjust comb height and length-of-pull. The forend and pistol grip surfaces have a soft grip overmold to provide a non-slip hold in any weather. The stock is finished in TrueTimber Strata, an excellent all-purpose camo pattern that blends into nearly any environment at any distance. The stainless steel barreled action is finished with a coyote brown, PVD coating. The 110 High Country features a spiral-fluted bolt and barrel, and the barrel is threaded for aftermarket suppressors (magnum calibers include a muzzle brake). Savage's AccuTrigger® is user adjustable to obtain a light, crisp release with no creep. The basic bolt design assures that the locking lugs fully contact the receiver, holding the headspace to a minimum every time the bolt is locked, which contributes to the excellent accuracy Savage rifles are known for. A 3-position receiver tang safety is easy to reach with the shooter's thumb, and allows the rifle to be loaded and unloaded in the safety engaged. A detachable magazine provides quick and safe reloading and unloading. The Savage 110 High Country Bolt-Action Rifle comes drilled and tapped for installing scope bases.
