The use of composite materials results in an ultralightweight rifle at only 6 pounds. Additional features include a cerakoted, diamond-fluted bolt, Savage‚‚s signature AccuTrigger trigger unit, and an omniport muzzle brake to help tame the recoil of larger rifle calibers. A picatinny optic rail allows for universal optics mounting right out of the box.
