Savage Arms" Model 64 Precision is a semi-automatic rimfire rifle built on a carbon-steel receiver. It sports a 16"-inch heavy barrel with a 1:16-inch twist and a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle to accept brakes or suppressors. The receiver is drilled and tapped and comes with a six-inch Picatinny rail. This rifle feeds from detachable magazines offered in 10- or 20-round versions. It uses a fixed synthetic stock with an AR?style pistol grip and M?Lok compatible fore-end. Length of pull is 13" inches, overall length 35" inches, and empty weight 5.46 pounds. Two models are available; the flat dark earth version pairs a tan stock with matte black metal, as described in Shooting Sports USA"s review.
