Description: I purchased this rifle in 1979, in its present condition, from an private party claiming to be the original purchaser, . The rifle has not been fired since my purchase. Estimated manufacture date is 1966. This is the Sports Model, 25 inch barrel, chambered in the fabeled 7x61mm Sharp & Hart. This was considered a top grade rifle of its time. Famous for its fast butter smooth action it was a premium weapon outclassing its Weatherby compitition. Beautiful color case trigger guard and magizine retain full collor. I rate this rifle as excellent minus. Tiny wearing of the blue at the muzzle and 2 small faults in the stock...see photos.
