SHARPS Carbine, Cartridge Conversion, 50-70, 3 Groove, Restoration,

Description:
$$$... REDUCED $$$...  Following the Civil War this Carbine was converted to 50-70 Center Fire Cartridge.  It has a 3 grooved lined barrel 22 inches long. The bore is very good, strong & bright with a few areas of light scattered corrosion. The action is fully functional, and the surface finish is pleasing as can be seen in the pictures. This is a relatively recent restoration. The wood is free of cracks and has a few marks as would be expected, it has been lightly sanded and varnished.  The metal parts have been either Blued or Color Case Hardened as appropriate. Unfortunately, the markings have been removed, with the exception of the serial number.
This is a very nice representative Sharps Carbine that would enhance many collections.   Cal. 50-70 with a 22 in. barrel.  Serial Number 92250, ANTIQUE

SHIPPING: 
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt.   Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this Long Gun is $60.00.

          Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Drivers License, Etc), showing date of birth and current address will be required.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 4% processing fee.  Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 60 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
