Armi Sport ~ Sharps ~ .45-70 Govt.

Description:
Manufactured in Italy. This rifle commemorates the first international organized shooting event in the United States at the Creedmoor Range on Long Island, New York, in 1874. Equipped with double set triggers. The action, hammer, lever, triggers and both tangs are casehardened. Matching serial number on the upper tang and barrel. Mounted on a hand-rubbed oil finished.

Chambers: Falling Block, single shot, lever action.
Metal Condition: Excellent, barrel is deep blued, receiver is Case finished.
Wood Condition: Excellent.
Bore Condition: Excellent.
Barrels: 28 inch blue octagonal rifled barrel.
Triggers: Double set trigger.
Stock: Smooth wooden stock with a straight wrist.
Stock Dimensions:
13 inch length of pull for the set trigger, 13 7/8 inch length of pull for the firing trigger.
Fore End: Smooth wooden fore-end matches the stock.
Butt Pad: Steel butt plate with a Case finish
