Sig Sauer 556R Semi-Auto rifle chambered in 7.62x39. At the muzzle is an A2 flash hider over the 5/8x24 threads. Further back along the barrel is the adjustable gas block with a normal and adverse setting. The black polymer handguards have a heatshield, and run from the gas block to the front of the receiver. The upper receiver has a permanently attached picatinny rail for mounting optics. The upper attaches to the lower in the same fashion as an AR-15, two captive takedown pins. The lower receiver features an ambidextrous safety selector lever. This rifle is fed by rock and lock AK magazines. On the right side of the rifle is charging handle which can be locked to the rear with the bolt hold open button on the left side of the rifle just above and aft of the magazine. The stock is not adjustable for length of pull but it does fold to the right. The rifle can be fired with the stock folded.
