Breech loading AIr Gun 28 ga.smooth bore

Description:
We have a late 1700's breech loading air gun. This is a smooth bore of approx. 28 ga. The bore is clean without pits. The left side lever opens and closes a revolving breech block The right side has a hammer that activates the air when the trigger is pulled. There is also a safety The iron butt resevoir is covered with leather. We have added photos of the valves and how the gun assembles. Frankly it is a very nice peice with scroll engraving and one running deer for engraving.
