#1333A  FROHN MODEL 1906 ENGRAVED GERMAN SCHUTZEN RIFLE, 8:15 X 46, SN 45XX, 30 1/2” oct. bbl., engraved with a beer maiden on the left side carrying 7 or 8 mugs of beer, right side engraved with a shooter sighting a rifle, both scenes surrounded by floral engraving, left side of bbl. marked “AUMNE-Vegesack”, right side stamped “M.D. Alerecit-Waffes”, Schutzen large cheek rest checkered stock, Schutzen buttplate, lever, DST, 99% bbl. blue, 99% casehardening on the receiver, same on the engraved buttplate, very unsual adjustment screw for some kind of hidden adjustment under the forend when the forend is on, screw type fastener for the forend versus a wedge fastener, bottom of bbl. stamped “DH 4561 Bohler Stall 7.7 MM 5/27”, made in 1927, very unusual action, Schutzen large peep tang sight adjustable for windage & elevation, bead front sight with the protective ears, rare model.  $4500
