This is a nice little stalking rifle from Ferlach. As you can see the side hammer back action lock has the makers name a town in a graceful ribbon. The action has carved fences and a top lever opening. The rifle also features a folding aperture sight in the tang and set triggers.
There are signs of a stock repair on the upper action horn. The metal i
has been replied at some point.
Barrel length of 24 5/8 with a barrel extension , matted top flat and double leaf sight.
The rifling is good to very good with strong lands.
Forend is a snap latch arrangement no movement.
The rifle came to us with a fired case in the chamber. The case looks normal and the owner tells us it was fired in the rifle from current S&B ammunition.
Rifle weight is 6 lbs.
