Description:
Standard configuration Russian SKS Rifle (cal. 7.62x39) with folding bayonet, lightly import marked on right side of receiver, with hooded elevation-adjustable front sight and a tangent rear sighted graded 1-10. Izhvesk logo and date of manufacture on top of receiver. Serial number on left side of receiver with matching bolt, trigger guard, magazine housing and on left side of the heavily varnished stock. Usual scattering of inspection markings.
Condition:
Nearly new with just the most minor handling marks. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. If you want one of the earliest examples of a Russian SKS rifle it would be very difficult to improve upon this example.
