This rifle is a Yugo M59/66 SKS, chambered in 7.62X39. This SKS is in EX to unissued overall condition with the bayonet, cleaning rod, and grenade launcher. It is a numbers matching gun; receiver, receiver cover, bolt, bolt carrier, trigger group, gas tube, gas rod, stock and magazine are all matching. This rifle appears to be unfired and all of the cosmoline has recently been removed. The bore is like new; bright with distinct rifling present. There was no residue present in the bore. The metal finish is excellent and the original night sites are present. Overall this is a solid EX condition rifle which is also C&R eligible. Please see all the pictures. We may never see these rifles imported again, so now is your chance to own one.

We do not ship to any state and/or locality where a particular firearm is not legal. If you are unsure about whether an item is legal or has special requirements in your state and/or locality, please verify with a local FFL, preferably the same one that would receive the firearm for transfer. We only ship to licensed FFL’s after receiving a legible, signed copy of their FFL by email. If your FFL has questions or concerns, please have them contact us by phone or email. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure all the required documentation is provided in a timely manner to avoid shipping delays. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the transfer FFL is open business hours and willing to accept the firearm. C&R licenses require a valid government photo ID with a signed copy of the license.
Inspection Policy: All firearms have up to a 3 day inspection period prior to transfer. The inspection period begins at time of receipt by the transfer FFL or C&R holder. Firearms are not to be fired, disassembled, tested, or otherwise used during the inspection period. Firearms cannot be returned after transfer to buyer for any reason. Used and mil-surp firearms may have scuff marks, minor cosmetic imperfections and or slight scratches that the description may not denote. Please review the photos carefully.
Return Policy: Seller is to be immediately notified for a RMA number, within the 3 day inspection period, if a buyer wants to return a firearm. The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a refund. In other words shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item(s). The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance, and over 21 signature required. The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer. Any refunds will not include the original outbound shipping charges, FFL fees, or transaction fees. All sales are final after the inspection period expires or transfer is completed.
