"Serial No. Z4002427, made in 1943, .30-06, 24" round barrel marked “R.A. / Flaming Bomb / 9-43". Barrel and receiver retain the majority of their original blued finish, with light service wear consistent with careful use. Receiver is correctly marked on the left side “U.S. / Remington / Model 03-A3", with the serial number on the right, confirming proper sniper designation for the 03-A4 variant. Scope base is marked “REDFIELD / Pat. No. L837290", and fitted with a Lyman Alaskan scope, marked “The Lyman Gun Sight Co. – ALASKAN 16191". The top turret mount is marked “ALL WEATHER", and optics remain clear, indicating fully functional sighting capability. Stock is in very good condition, showing only the lightest handling impressions, and remains solid with no structural issues. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
