This gun is only made for the military you cannot but this from the factory it is a special OPS Rifle serial number 19 this is one of the first ones that went out for military use in Afghanistan, only snipers like Chris K. This gun is the MK13 MOD 0 same that the Marine snipers used but , this one sat in the  armory and was not used but 100 rounds , I have put 80 rounds 1 in 14 twist you cannot have it made personally only made for the military only. The best u can buy on the open market is 1 in 12 twist.
