Remington M40 USMC

Description:
Here for your consideration is a reproduction USMC M40. It was built from a Remington short action from the early 1960's.
It features:
A 24 inch stainless Kreiger barrel with a 1:10 twist (correct M40 contour)
Blueprinted action
Glass and pillar bedded
Pacific Tool steel bottom metal/trigger guard
Witchita sling swivels
Redfield reproduction 3x9 M40 scope made in the Leupold custom shop
correct 1-66 Redfield rings and standard SA Redfield base
Walnut stock made to spec from original M40 stock example
Sniper Gray Cerakote finish on all metal

I have 85 rounds thru the rifle that were all factory ball or match ammo. It shoots better than I can. The only reason I am moving this is that I am looking at a high end custom rifle and need money for that project.

I have $2800.00 invested into the rifle and waited about 8 months for the completed project to reach my hands. I have the original box and paperwork for the scope. If you have any questions, or want addtional photos beyond what I have supplied here please call or email.
