Description: Original 1860 Spencer in 50RF. 22" barrel is serial numbered to the gun, all parts look consistent and appear original. Bore is good, better than expected, with no visible deep pitting. Bore photo is typical throughout the length. Wood is good with a chip missing on the right side of the forened. Visible inspection cartouche just rear of the lock. Action is tight and operates smoothly. Hammer functions correctly in both half and full cocked position. Records indicate this gun may have been issued to Company E, 11th Michigan Volunteer Cavalry in 1864. Overall nice condition gun. Buyer pays actual shipping, fully insured.
