#3840 Spencer Model 1865, 50 Caliber Carbine
This is a Model 1865 Spencer Carbine and was made between 1865 and 1866. They are 20 inch barrels with 6-groove rifling. 23000 were made and this is serial number 16733. The bore is very good, bright and shiny and the mechanical function is very good and tight. The overall condition is good plus and the caliber is 56-50 rimfire.
