22" barrel Chambered for 308 Winchester

5 Digit Serial # 29124
According to my research Bob Reese at Springfield Armory hired Glenn Nelson to build competition grade M1A's starting in the early 1980's and running thru early 1990's.
The gun has a match grade barrel from Hart or Douglas, extra heavy oversized Walnut stock that is glass bedded, 2 stage match trigger and National Match sights
Bolt is marked 7790186 TRW ZJ
Gun is in excellent condition with only a few handling marks, owner said it has been fired very little
Bore is bright and crisp
Weight is 12 lbs 6 oz
