Description: Bolt action rifle with 22 inch round barrel chambered in 30-40 Krag caliber. Dirty bore that needs a good cleaning. Barrel retains about 90% thinning blue. Sights include the original pinned blade front and "C" marked carbine rear. Receiver is mostly a pewter/gray color with good markings. Bolt retains most of its blue. American black walnut stock and handguard are in very good condition with a crisp "1899" dated cartouche and circled "P" proof mark. 3 piece cleaning rod and oiler are in the trapdoor on the steel buttlate.
