Description:
From a Midwest sale, a Springfield 30M1 rifle 308 caliber. Very smooth action and good extractor. 18" round barrel with a good bore and a 3" flash suppressor. The action, trigger and safety function as they should and are very crisp. The receiver and barrel have the original military finish (see photos). The barrel has a nice bore and should be accurate. The barrel has a adjustable rear sight and a fixed blade front sight. The wood stock and synthetic forend are solid with no cracks or chips; however, there are dents and dings on the wood from use. The stock is fitted with a steel, military style, trap door, butt plate (there is no cleaning rod in the butt). Everything functions as it should and shows very little wear. The rifle appears to have been maintained and is in excellent condition (see photos). I'm offering this rifle with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
