Minty, Boxed National Match Springfield M1 Garand
Description: For sale is a National Match M1 Garand made by the Springfield Arsenal in the mid to late 1950s. The National Match M1 Garands were introduced to make match grade rifles to be used at the Camp Perry competitions. The rifle is correct throughout with the front sight, barrel, rear right, and op rod are stamped "NM." The rifle looks new from the factory with a nice pakerized finish on the metal and the wood is smooth and has minimal handling marks. The bore is mirror bright with great rifling. The muzzle and muzzle erosion both read at 1. The rifle comes with the original packaging delivered from the Springfield factory including transit/shipping paperwork, and the original rifle sleeve stamped for Springfield Armory M1.
