Beautiful Springfield Armory M1D Sniper
Description: This is an excellent Springfield Armory M1D Garand Sniper rifle from 1943. The gun was upgraded to M1D specifications at the armory and has a barrel date of June, 1952. It has an original M84 telescopic sight with clear optics. SA marked trigger group, bolt carrier and hammer, with standard markings on the heel of receiver. Circle 'P' proof on stock, though this may be the wrong stock variation for an M1D. Unfortunately, this rifle stock did crack partially at the wrist in shipping, and was repaired.
