Description:

U.S. Springfield Model 1888 Ramrod Bayonet Trapdoor .45-70 caliber rifle. Barrel has about 90% of original blue with some patina showing through. Breech block has approximately 30% of blue. Bore is excellent. Stock has added varnish with an “SWP” cartouche dated 1891. Beautiful Trapdoor rifle!
